Hello! My name is Sarah Chinander. I am a Certified Professional Makeup Artist and Licensed Esthetician.

Many clients ask "How did you get into this field?", and my answer is simple, I've always had a love for beauty and knew that I had to turn it into my career! Back in grade school, whenever we were asked to write an essay about what we wanted to be when we grew up I specifically remember writing about how I dreamed of being a makeup artist. I decided to turn my dream into reality in 2016 and attended a school for professional makeup artistry. At the time, the beauty industry was starting to blow up and I wanted to set myself apart and take this seriously as a career. I went in thinking I knew everything from watching videos and tutorials, boy was I wrong! I learned that being a makeup artist is much more than applying products and requires the right creative mind and knowledge to understand the depths of what makeup can do. I went in as a self taught dreamer and left as a determined professional! Since then, I returned to my hometown of Prescott, AZ where I have grown my business, have worked on hundreds of beautiful faces and have made connections I am forever thankful for! I got to a point in 2018 where I was ready to take my business on full time, but needed something to fill in the gaps during the week & the off seasons. I returned to school for esthetics and fell in love all over again! I quickly discovered that skin & makeup is my niche, they go hand in hand. I received my esthetics license in 2019, and took continuing education courses to be the best I can at what I do & provide results driven services for any skin concerns my clients may have. I also became a Certified Acne Specialist, and am so proud to be able to help people feel confident in their own skin. My job title is officially a full time makeup artist and licensed esthetician, how cool is that!? This career has been so rewarding and has never felt like "work", it is always fun and I see every job as an opportunity to connect and make new friends. I am so grateful for every person that has supported me and trusted me to be their makeup artist or skin specialist.
